The PlayTradez™ platform and products are derived from an Algorithmic, Rules-Based Formula and the user is being granted a Non-Exclusive License to view said Algo/Formulae. The user agrees that they have been granted a Non-Exclusive License to view said Algo/Formulae and have the opportunity to see the Algo/Formulae disseminations of its proprietary information. Users of PlayTradez ™ products and services could lose all, or part, of their risk capital in stock trading and investing in the markets. PlayTradez ™ products and services are provided solely for your personal use and shall not be deemed to provide access to any particular transaction or investment opportunity. Accordingly, you are encouraged to perform your own thorough independent research regarding your individual investment decisions. PlayTradez™ does not accept liability for any loss or damage whatsoever that may directly or indirectly result from anything verbal or written, information, representation or omission, whether negligent or otherwise, contained in the Platform or any of PlayTradez™ services or products. PlayTradez™ is not responsible for loss of information through their internet-based products and services caused by poor Internet connection, no Internet access, network/server delays, or any other communication problems or defects that are not caused by PlayTradez™.

The Product and Documentation contain material that is protected by United States Copyright Law, Patent law, Trademark law, and trade secret law, and by international treaty provisions. All rights not granted to you herein, are expressly reserved by PlayTradez™. You may not attempt to reverse engineer any software or algorithms as they represent trade secrets.
